TROUBLESHOOTING & KNOWN WEBSITE ISSUES

  •  A few users are reporting an "invalid token" error when attempting to login, and we are looking into the problem.  Should you experience this, please follow the below steps:

    1. Go to login page: http://www.thegsa.co.za/login-page

    2. Clear cache by pressing CTRL & F5 (For Mac users: Cmd & F5)

    3. Once the refresh is complete, enter your login details and click login

  • From 1 July 2017, some information on the GSA Galaxy website will only be available to paying subscribers.  For more information on this, please click here. While most of the information will still remain free-of-charge, certain information such as Trade Information, Visa Information, Trade Listings, GDS Details and Procedures, and GSA Digimag will all be available on the paid version only. 

    • To access all the information, you will need to subscribe

    • If you are subscribed, and you still cannot access the information, please ensure that you are logged in.

    • Check your user profile and ensure that your subscription is up to date.

  • The following could be reasons why you are unable to log in:

    1. You have created an account but it has not yet activated. 

    • Please note that all activations of accounts will be done by The GSA Webadmin Team during office hours.  While we endevour to activate accounts as quickly as possible, there may be delays.  Should you require urgent access, please contact us using the chat function on the bottom of the screen, email webadmin@the-gsa.co.za or call 021 683 4433.

    2. Your username and/or password have not been entered correctly.

    • These fields are case sensitive - please ensure that you have typed them correctly. 
    • If you have forgotton your password, please click on the following link: http://www.thegsa.co.za/reset-password

    3. Your account has been deactivated.

    • If we have received a request to deactivate your account, this will have been actioned during office hours with a confirmation email sent. If you have received such a mail but have not requested for your account to be deactivated, please contact us at webadmin@the-gsa.co.za or call +27 (0)21 683 4433.
    • As per The GSA's Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to deactivate any user account.  Should we have made such a decision, a confirmation email will have been sent to you with our reasons for the deactivation.  If you have received such an email and wish to appeal this decision, please contact us at webadmin@the-gsa.co.za. We would require this in writing via email
