Award-winning Gariep, A Forever Resort is the perfect stopover between Gauteng and the Cape, 180 km South of Bloemfontein, just off the N1. The Gariep Dam is the largest dam in South Africa, bordering three provinces namely Free State, Northern Cape and Eastern Cape.
Accommodation at Gariep, A Forever Resort consists of 44 two or three bedroom chalets and 12 dam-view one or two bedroom chalets. The caravan park consists of 106 powered sites which are serviced by two communal ablutions and a laundry. We also have 16 private Caravan sites which have their own ablution facilities. The Quenna Bistro is situated at the Reception building. The Restaurant can seat up to 150 persons. The Outside Deck has a splendid view and kiddies play area.
