Las Lenas has one of the longest slopes in the world, and is one of the largest ski resorts in Argentina.
The mountain is very steep, attracting extreme skiiers and snowboarders. There are some slopes for intermediate and beginner skiiers as well.
The snow season is from beginning July until the end of September, and can even run into the first week of October. It is important to note that while it is snowing, only the beginner slopes are accessible.
The resort has created specifically for skiing and snowboarding, so there are few non-skiing activities. The ski facilities are, however, excellent - modern ski lifts and up to eight hours of skiing a day. The ski runs are long (15km for intermediate and 20km for advanced).
